Terms and Conditions of Use

Last updated: 25 August 2026

This is a courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the only legally binding text.

1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Rexip by professional taxi drivers. Registering on the Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Service description

In its current version, Rexip is a management tool that allows self-employed taxi drivers and fleets to:

  • Create and manage a client record (CRM): name, phone number, email and vehicle licence plate, as applicable.
  • Create and organise their ride schedule.
  • Connect with a private network of trusted colleagues to share rides they cannot cover.

Rexip does NOT act as an intermediary in the relationship between the driver and their end client, does not set transport service prices, does not guarantee that a ride will be accepted, covered or completed by any driver in the network, and is not responsible for the quality or legality of the transport service provided. Each driver acts as an independent professional.

3. Registration and user account

Using Rexip requires registering with truthful details. Users are responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account.

4. Plans and pricing

In the current version, Rexip is completely free to use: no payments are processed and there are no active subscriptions.

Rexip plans to introduce paid plans (Essential, Expert, Profesional) and a pay-per-use option from 1 January 2027, subject to change. When charging is activated, users will be informed with reasonable notice of the pricing terms, the payment provider used and the billing conditions, and these Terms of Use will be updated accordingly before any charge takes effect.

5. Use of artificial intelligence features (Coming soon)

Rexip plans to add AI-assisted features (voice ride creation, expense data extraction through OCR of receipt images, and an AI agent for creating rides, clients and expenses) to speed up repetitive tasks. These features are not available in the current version of the service.

When they are activated, Rexip will inform users before launch, will update these Terms and the Privacy Policy accordingly, and will always show an editable confirmation screen before saving any data generated by those features; it is the user's responsibility to review and correct the information before confirming it.

6. Colleague network and ride transfers

Users may invite other taxi drivers to their private network and share rides with them. Rexip is not a party to the economic or professional agreement between the drivers of a network (including any commissions they may agree between themselves), and does not manage the collection of such commissions unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific feature.

7. User obligations

  • Use the Platform in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
  • Do not enter false data or impersonate third parties.
  • Comply with the transport and tax regulations applicable to you as a taxi professional.
  • Do not use the Platform for purposes other than professional coordination between taxi drivers.

8. Intellectual property

All rights over the Platform belong to Mr Nicolás Roberto Smith. Users retain ownership of the data they enter (their clients, their rides), without prejudice to the licence required for Rexip to provide the service.

9. Account closure and cancellation

Users may close their account at any time from the app. In the current free version, closing the account generates no outstanding financial obligation. Once paid plans are activated, closing the account will not exempt users from paying amounts already accrued before cancellation.

10. Limitation of liability

Rexip will not be liable for damages arising from misuse of the Platform, from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control, or from relationships between drivers or between drivers and their clients.

11. Amendments to the Terms

Rexip may amend these Terms to adapt them to legal or service changes, giving reasonable notice through the app.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the Parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless the law provides otherwise.
