1. Owner identification

In compliance with article 10 of Spanish Act 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the website and the Rexip application (hereinafter “Rexip” or “the Platform”) are operated by:

2. Purpose

Rexip is a digital management and coordination tool aimed exclusively at taxi professionals (self-employed taxi drivers and fleets). It allows drivers to organise their own ride schedule, manage a private network of trusted colleagues to share rides, keep a record of clients and expenses, and use the other features described in the Terms of Use.

Rexip is NOT a transport intermediation platform nor a taxi-hailing app for passengers. It takes no part in the contractual relationship between the driver and their client, nor in the provision of the transport service.

3. Access and use conditions

Access to Rexip is reserved for professional taxi drivers of legal age who are registered as users of the Platform. Using the Platform implies acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The name “Rexip”, the logo, the design, the source code, the texts and any other content of the Platform belong to Mr Nicolás Roberto Smith or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorisation is prohibited.

5. Disclaimer

Rexip does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Platform, nor is it liable for damages arising from the inability to access it or from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. Rexip is not responsible for the quality, safety or legality of the transport services provided by the taxi drivers using the Platform: each driver is solely responsible for their professional activity and for complying with the transport regulations applicable to them.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the Parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless applicable consumer legislation provides otherwise.

7. Amendments

Rexip may amend this Legal Notice to adapt it to legislative developments or changes in the Owner's activity. The version in force will always be the one published on the Platform.
